Edwards was elected to the Lex ington school board. Alonzo Henderson received the major ity of district No. 12 votes for member of the five-man county board, but the other district votes have not been taken as yet. The school budget for the ?oming year was rejected and a new budget mu.st be planned. It was decided to vote on the mat ter of transporting our high cchool to another' school at the nevf budget meeting. Miss Marie Messenger of Los Angeles has been a house guest the past week of her brother, Trum?n Messenger, and family. Mr. and Mrs. Edward Hough ton and two children are visit ing his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Houghton.
